A Note from the Chef:

The heat of summer ensures that our fields will be overflowing with bright peppers of all types and colors. A favorite appetizer in our house is charred shishitos. They are a cinch to make and keep everyone happy and munching until the main course is ready. They won't last long once you take them off the stove!
