Green Garlic Toast

A Note from the Chef:

Both the white and green parts of the green garlic stalk can be used in this recipe. Serve these plain, or top with any on-hand additions – sliced tomatoes, dollops of ricotta cheese, crisp radish slices. The green garlic butter will freeze well for up to 3 months if you don’t use it up immediately, and is a great addition to pastas, served on roasted asparagus, or on grilled fish.
