A Note from the Chef:

What gives this cornbread its extra nutty flavor is that it is made with our Floriani Polenta. Unlike other polenta you might find in the market, we include the entire kernel in our grinding process, which adds extra deliciousness, flavor, and color. We love this served warm just on its own, but if you want to top it off with some soft butter and maple syrup, we won’t stop you!
